Internship Business Analyst

Fonction

IMAGOR SA is the European BRS treasury center of Sodexo Group. As intern “Business Analyst”, you will report to the Senior Financial and Treasury Analyst. Your main mission will be to contribute to the implementation of a standardize IT solution to optimize the processing and analytics of card flow information

Duties and responsibilities :

1. Support the Senior Financial Analyst in the implementation of a Datawarehouse and Business Inteligence system

• Contribute to leading the system implementation to a successful outcome
• Enhance the interface in order to process mass-amounts volumes and different file formats of input information
• Draw functional flowcharts of corporate processes and assist with the creation of a relational database (Microsoft Access)
• Participate in the automatization of report processing in the Business Intelligence interface
• Identify risk of error in the processes and take necessary corrective actions

2. Contribute to ad-hoc projects

• Set-up document management and archiving solutions
• Assist with treasury optimization initiatives and overall improvement projects

Profil

• With a background (university masters) in Accountancy, Finance, IT or Economics
• Relevant professionnal experience or internship in a similar position in a financial institution or in a treasury/IT department of an internaltional company
• Fluency in English and French is required
• Expertise with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Excel VBA macros, Powerpoint…) and IT systems is a strong asset: SAP, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, Kyriba treasury software …
• Knowledge of relational database principles and SQL language would be a strong plus
• Strong analytical skills. Ability to work and interpret figures and other financial information.
• Spearheading proposals and solutions
