  • You are responsible for handling by both phone and email questions related to the acceptance of Sodexo products by our merchants;
  • You analyses the problems submitted by our merchants and you provide the best solutions;
  • You maintain excellent relationships both internally and externally with your customers and partners;
  • You introduce problems and related solutions in the CRM and quickly communicate the solutions to all parties in order to guarantee an irreproachable quality of service;
  • As soon as possible, you carry out upselling actions: price plans and new services.


  • You hold a Bachelor's degree or have at least a 2 year experience in customer relationship management within a Customer Care department.
  • Experience in the payments industry is an asset.
  • You are customer-oriented and manage your contacts professionally.
  • You like to work under stress and independently.
  • You are a good communicator, you express yourself with ease, clarity and efficiency, both orally and in writing.
  • You have a good team spirit, are enthusiastic and positive. You enjoy working cross-functionally with other departments.
  • Your commercial sense allows you to develop the relationship with the customer and identify opportunities.
  • You respect the procedures put in place within your department.
  • Your sense of organization allows you to cope with a heavy workload during peak periods.
  • You master the classic communication tools of the Office suite. Knowledge of tools such as Sales Force and Genesys is an asset.
  • Attention to detail is essential within your team.
  • You are proactively and constantly seeking to improve processes and ways of working.


  • You are able to answer requests in French and Dutch. English is an asset.

  • A full-time fixed-term contract of 6 months followed by a permanent contract depending on the achievement of objectives.
