IMAGOR SA is the European BRS treasury center of Sodexo Group.

As Junior Financial and Business Analyst, you will have the following objectives:

  1. Support in the implementation of IMAGOR Card Projects
  2. Act as Business and BI Analyst
  3. Contributes to Financial Controlling of IMAGOR SA
  4. Support the Treasury Project team


  • Act as operational support of the Financial Controller :
    • Act as person of contact for monthly closing
    • Ensure proper management accounting and cost controlling of the entity’s activities
    • Monthly financial closings
    • Analyze the P&L and realize adjustments if necessary
    • Prepare forecasts and budgets
    • Ensure that the figures are properly reported into the management reporting interface
    • Operational support for financial and treasury management reporting
    • Contribute to C Level presentations
  • Act as Business and BI Analyst :
    • Support in the implementation of a Datawarehouse and Business Inteligence system
    • Contribute to leading the system implementation to a successful outcome
    • Enhance the interface in order to process mass-amounts volumes & different file formats of input
    • Draw functional flowcharts of corporate processes
    • Participate in the automatization of report processing in the Business Intelligence interface
    • Identify risk of error in the processes and take necessary corrective actions
    • Translate needs expressed by the Business to IT development teams
    • Process & Implement Change Requests in the reporting platforms
  • Support in the implementation of IMAGOR Card Projects
    • Collaborate with operational project managers to lead projets to succesfull outcome
    • Make recommendations with regard to contractual set associated to IMAGOR Card Projects
    • Contribute to the implementation of payment services
    • Realize project profitability analyses
  • Support the Treasury Project team
    • Provide overall support to the TMS users
    • Act as person of contact for monthly closing
    • Contribute to management analysis and reporting for BRS activity


  • A background (university masters) in Finance or Business Analysis
  • Relevant professionnal experience of at least 3 years in a similar position in a financial institutions or in a treasury department of an internaltional company, preferably with experience in the payment industry
  • Fluency in English and French is required while the knowledge Dutch or other languages (e.g. Spanish) would be considered as a strong plus
  • Good knowledge of local and international accounting principles (BeGaap, IFRS)
  • Good communiation and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
