In an international environment with a double reporting line to the Global Talent Acquisition Manager and the BeLux HR Director, you drive recruitment for Belgium and Luxembourg (other countries might be added depending on the volumes).

To support our game-changing shift to digital , we need people who combine proven talent with the ability to use their initiative, work autonomously, and challenge our assumptions.

You are in the lead to find them!

Your main responsibilities:

As Talent Acquisition Partner you contribute to our People strategy and, ultimately, the experiences we bring to employees everywhere.

  • You manage the full recruitment process for all types of contracts (except consultancy)
  • As a trusted Talent Acquisition Partner, you accompany the business throughout their staffing needs
  • You find, attract, select and onboard our future colleagues in all fields: Tech, Digital Marketing, Sales, Finance, Customer Care, etc
  • In line with our Diversity and Inclusion values, you favour internal mobility and ensure to have a representative panel of candidates
  • You provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to onboarding
  • You build up internal and external market intelligence
  • You contribute to and deploy our EVP (employee value proposition)
  • Collaborate and take part in various regional and local HR initiatives
  • You provide regular reporting and insights, you propose continuous improvement of the processes and sourcing strategies


  • You can rely on a solid experience in recruitment (minimum 5 years)
  • You know what channels to use to find the right candidate for the right role and bring each process to a close in a timely manner
  • You want to act as a true business partner and price highly the customer experience of your stakeholders, in the first place the applicants and the hiring managers
  • You demonstrate excellent communication skills, acting as a true ambassador for Sodexo
  • You are extremely curious and rely on a natural pleasure to step outside of your comfort zone
  • You bring structure to the process, to make your own life easier and the selection journey consistent
  • You share the Sodexo values : Service Spirit, Team Spirit and Spirit of Progress.


  • You have a good level of written and spoken French, Dutch and English
