Fonction

Within the European Treasury Center, the Treasury Intern will integrate a team of 12 members.The treasury project consists in the deployment and maintenance of various treasury and financial applications (KYRIBA, FAIRWAYS,…) within the scope of countries of Sodexo BRS (about 34 countries). Based on the data extracted from these tools, global treasury reporting are built with the Microsoft PowerBI Tool to the management of the activity.

Your main responsibilities:

Provide support during the deployment and maintenance of the treasury applications within Latin America / European / Asian areas ;

• In-depth utilization and support with Microsoft PowerBI ;
• Provide support and ad-hoc cash management training for daily treasury activities of Sodexo entities worldwide ;
• Enhance the control process of entities (daily, monthly, quarterly) ;
• Support the running of the monthly consolidated treasury reporting ;
• Analysis and understanding of investments portfolio of local entities ;
• Create training documentation related to the applications and processes ;
• Updating and monitoring of counterparty risk through Credit Ratings ;
• Participation in the preparation of treasury workshops, elaboration of Newsletters.

Profil

• Master in Business Engineering, Management Science, or Economics
• Good acquaintance with MS Office suite and Microsoft PowerBI
• VBA and Acquaintance with Kyriba or Fairways applications is a plus
• Project management intuition
• Analytical skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Good communication abilities and interpersonal skills in an international environment.
• Acquaintance with IT systems
• A first professional experience is welcome.

Langue

• You have a good level of spoken and written French and/or Dutch
