30% People & Capacity management

  • Ensures the HR management of his team: feedback, annual evaluations, monitoring of the development of skills and performance of each employee. Is responsible for having a clear view of the problems encountered by the teams, collecting the needs and being able to report proposals for actions to management in order to help increase the engagement rate of employees. He/She collaborates closely with the management and support of the Human Resources department.
  • Together with the other IT Team Leads, he/she is responsible for the consistency of the capacity management managed by the Scrum Masters: collecting information, developing and maintaining clear consolidated reporting of resources (dashboard, KPI's, etc.) and identifying risks. He is responsible for reporting this information to management and proposing corrective actions in collaboration with scrum masters.
  • In agreement with the management, he/she launches recruitment actions in close collaboration with the Resources&Communication Officer and/or the HR Business Partner. He ensures compliance with the application and validation process of the budget.
  • Based on the outputs of the PMO, PM, Technical PO, he/she ensures the proper planning of activities and tasks in the various backlogs by the Scrum Masters.

30% Software development/delivery Life Cycle and services

In collaboration with the Agile Expert, he/she ensures that the standards (Agile, OKR, Customer Centricity) and "way of working" are well framed, understood and applied within the teams. To do this, he/she:

  • defines and communicates the guidelines and standards relating to his/her area of expertise
  • ensures that the Demand Management process (change request, project, etc.) is well understood and monitored in its field of skills and expertise
  • ensures that the reference documentation of applications/packages is validated and updated
  • ensure that the estimates are made in collaboration with the Product Owner
  • ensures that when putting into production or correcting production, special attention is reserved for interventions in order to guarantee production stability
  • carries out quality checks, audits to verify compliance with standards and "way of working" and monitors the level of quality. He/She establishes clear reporting and presents the status to management

20% Maintenance and management of the evolution of the field related to testing

In collaboration with Chapter Lead and/or Scrum Master and/or the IT Knowledge Officer, he/she carries out regular checks to ensure that:

  • documentation is correct and keptup to date
  • maintenance of the application portfolio are up to date within the framework of testing quality
  • testing is in accordance with the defined standards

20% Continuous improvement initiatives

En collaboration with other departments, he/she:

  • helps define and support management's vision on organizational, functional and technical aspects. He/She actively participates in change management within the company.
  • participates in the management of the problem management (toensure coordination when necessary, tonalyze, document, identify the root cause, execute an action plan,...)
  • proposes improvements for the proper functioning and performance of applications and systems
  • ensures a global and up-to-date view of the application lifecycle (including technological) and organizes evolutions and migrations related to the field of testing
  • ensures that a consistent testing and quality structure is maintained in order to guarantee its sustainable evolution


  • Bachelor or Master level orsimilar experience
  • Professionalexperience of 10 years in a function related to Delivery including at least 4 years in testing and automation
  • Experience in people management of at least 3 years (leadership, attitude coach)
  • Excellent knowledge of different frameworks and tools related to testing and automation
  • Very good communication skills: convince, influence and inspire
  • Ability to synthesize information and highlight risks and establish concrete action plans
  • Good experience or ability in project management
  • Successful experience in the federation of teams around a problem or a project
  • Results-oriented, ability to identify means to achieve objectives
  • Experience in a changing environment (change management, etc.)
  • Fluency in one of the 2 national languages and very good knowledge of English
