To join our HR Team, we are looking for the Compensation & Benefits Expert who will bring employee experience at Sodexo to the next level!

  • You prepare the administration of the salaries in collaboration with our social secretary.
  • You manage the administration of the benefits (transports, telephony, insurances, CLA90 etc) and are in contact with our providers.
  • You manage all specific contracts (expat, time credit, students, trainees, etc).
  • You maintain our procedures and look for ways to automate them.
  • As the SPOC for questions from colleagues, you maintain a high SLA in answering them professionally.
  • You ensure Sodexo remains an attractive employer by reviewing our policies and maintaining our internal grading system. You provide guidance to our Talent Acquisition expert and lead the grading reviews.
  • You lead Comp&Ben projects (implementation of new benefits, improvements) and contribute to transversal HR projects.
  • You prepare and analyse the HR reportings needed for our internal stakeholders (DE&I analysis, social balance, Unions reporting, absenteeism, internal control).
  • You report to the HR Director.


  • You are an HR passionate with excellent knowledge and previous experience in the field of Comp&Ben.
  • You like to investigate the best win-win solution for the employer and the employees (out-of-the-box thinking very welcome).
  • You have a high sense of service.
  • You are curious to discover the evolutions in law and benefits providers.
  • You demonstrate excellent job ethics and guarantee the internal equity.
  • You are a team player and like to work autonomously.
  • You are risk-aware yet have a can-do positive attitude.
  • Excel has no secret for you, you love to make data-driven decisions thanks to your analytical skills.
  • You can translate technical Comp&Ben topics into easy-to-understand communications.
