Your mission

The Programme Delivery Manager role is responsible for supporting the CIO in delivery of the IT strategy and transformation agenda for Sodexo Belgium & Luxembourg. The focus being the delivery of IS&T portfolio of programmes and projects using SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework). This approach and programmes will support the effective delivery of transformation strategy. Aligning with Sodexo Group best practises and processes, the role will support the evolution and professionalisation of IS&T services through technology transformation, modernisation and agile approaches (SAFe).

Your main responsibilities:

  • Ownership of the strategic roadmap and its delivery for the IS&T transformation strategy
  • Driving SAFe execution on key programmes, specifically running effective PI Planning events and Agile Release Train formation and execution of iterations plus IP (Innovation & Planning) Iterations.
  • Execution and hand-on running of SAFe events and processes as well as coaching organisation on adoption and execution.
  • Management of the capacity planning / demand management for IS&T
  • Assist the effective delivery of best practises, methods and standards for IS&T, around key programmes and initiatives with SAFe as the primary framework.
  • Support the acceleration of IS&T transformation/change activities, driving understanding and streamlining of business processes supporting IS&T.
  • IS&T process improvement; adoption and effective execution in collaboration with the IS&T leadership communities.
  • Improving business process to reduce administrative overheads and delays to progressing IS&T initiatives – Specifically Legal, Finance and PMO processes.
  • Alignment with Regional and Global competency centres in terms of strategy and local alignment


  • Expertise in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) Execution and Approaches (Preferably V5)
  • Expertise in running and executing PI Planning events and Agile Release Trains.
  • Experience with the adopting of new agile ways of working.
  • Programme management and transformation mind-set
  • Capacity planning and demand management across an IS&T function
  • Experience in moving from legacy on-premis solutions and services, to cloud and digital platforms
  • Experience working in a global matrix environments and aligning local delivery with corporate standards and architectures
  • Experience of IS&T transformation environment
  • Significant experience supporting senior executives in ideally, an international business
  • Ability to coach and mentor IS&T leads and teams through transformational and change environments


English + Dutch and/or French
