Sodexo BRS is looking for its IS&T Manager for the Imagor entity . This leader is a key agent of a change in the organization to accelerate BRS digital transformation.
Imagor is the Sodexo BRS entity in charge of issuing means of payments within BRS and mainly for European countries. In the current context of digitalization, Imagor’s role becomes more and more important and a very strategic support at the heart of our core business. Imagor, as a regulated e-money and Payment Services entity in Belgium, has also to comply with regulatory constraints.
To reinforce the tools and applications, we are looking for an IS&T Manager to support the entity growth and the team in their numerous projects.
Your main responsibilities:
- Management from an IT perspective of Imagor Applications’ portfolio, in relation with Business Owners (Finance team, compliance team…): Data lake & BI tools, Compliance tools, Finance applications, Sodexo Payments Layer…

- Define application roadmap and projects
- Manage the different projects within its own scope
- Manage BUILD and RUN activities in the reporting and application platforms such as Microsoft PowerBI, IBM planning Analytics & IBM Cognos Analytics, Amazon Web Services.
- Management of interfaces with countries and external partners in relationship with the services rendered to the entities (e.g. Transaction Processors)

- Enhance the interfaces to process mass-amount volumes and different file formats of input
- Implementation of corrective actions to mitigate risks of error
- Contribute to reconciliations and data integrity testing with Imagor Analysts
- Liaise with IT service provider and outsourcing partner to ensure application continuity
- Coordinate with Sodexo Pass Belgium the implementation and maintenance of required infrastructure, connectivity and networks according to Sodexo general policies or guiding principles;

- Definition & Implementation of security measures to ensure proper compliance with Sodexo policies and Imagor regulatory constraints;
- Coordination with global Sodexo team to ensure proper use of global solutions;
- Coordinate with Payment Competence Center the different projects and impacts for Imagor, with a particular focus on Zeta and Carta projects.
- Leadership of a small IT team (Business Analyst, Developers) in interaction with global teams, with clear objective to bring strong IT governance principles in terms of:

- Security & Control access
- Incident & problem management
- Run / Stabilization of Operations (maintenance) vs new Developments
- Project Management principle
- Budget & staffing
Profil
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or Information Technologies;
- 5+ years in IT project, preferably in the Financial industry;
- Proven track records on BI / data analysis topics, Python and Microsoft BI technologies
- Very good skills in System Architecture, Cloud based solution;
- Good functional knowledge on VISA / MC transactions, PCI-DSS;
- Strong technical skills, good understanding on IT project methodology such as waterfall and /or agile implementation methodologies;
- Experience with managing external partners
- Analytical and organized;
- Hands-on; collaborative, can-do attitude, team spirit;
- Good communication skills

Langue
You have a good level of spoken and written in English. French is a plus.
