  • 60%: Provide support and answer questions from internal and external customers.
    • Report incidents and keep internal customers and external partners up to date.
    • See to the daily monitoring of incidents and SLAs relating to tickets.
    • Understand the products and services we offer to provide appropriate support.
    • Identify problems of customers and seek solutions.
    • Make sure that customers are always up to date on problems.
    • Seek solutions to second line problems and request help from experts as and when necessary following the incident management process.
    • Manage the creation and update of support procedures.

  • 40%: Responsible for managing, monitoring and maintaining some systems and applications.
    • Consult, understand and adapt the code to resolve some soft technical incidents (for example: Bird, Viper)
    • Ensure the maintenance of certain IT equipment (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) and creation of flows in the tools systems
    • Request improvements on applications or systems.
    • Perform various support-related tasks assigned by the manager.
    • Collect information for the experts to facilitate their investigations.
    • Ensure that quality service is provided to all internal and external customers.


  • ICT background with an excellent knowledge of SQL. A first experience in IT development is a strong asset (Javascript, PL/SQL, .Net)
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You can work in a team and manage your own workload and priorities.
  • You are fluent in one of the two national languages and have a good written knowledge of English
