Functie

Key Tasks:

  • Functional & Technical release coordination

- Gather information and track status of all change requests and release implementations

- Understand and analyse any impacts of, including scheduling risks, all projects that will introduce change to the production environment

- Mediate all conflicts regarding scheduling, lack of approval or lack of documentation prior to implementation of the change

- Coordinate with all partners, including Ops, to ensure correct and consistent data is provided

- Communicate technical change and release activities and impact to broader IT clients

- Provide regular, robust and accurate reporting on change requests and release including exception reporting on high impact, aborted and unauthorised changes to identify process deficiencies and adverse trends in change and release practices and implementation of change

  • Improve release process

- Continuous improvements should update the current process

- Continually update and document process for the ongoing improvement of services and process activities under the processes

- Interface closely with SM, PO and technical experts to ensure the process delivers maximum benefit while maintaining appropriate quality controls

- Work closely with all delivery teams to continuously improve the processes, procedures and communication and delivery of services

- Proactively identify and comply with all ICT and Departmental processes

- Actively promoting the use of the policy and process Department wide

- Define and calculate KPI's to identify and measure the improvement

Profiel

  • Experience:

- Experience in an IT environment is essential

- Experience with coordination and facilitation of processes and procedures

  • Skills:

- A very good command in French and/or Dutch with a good knowledge of English

- Excellent written and oral communication skills – able to communicate technical information to the understanding of a layperson

- Excellent interpersonal skills – able to influence and persuade, is comfortable championing processes across multiple user groups, adjusts style to needs of audience

- Sound relationship management skills – able to build and maintain effective working relationships

- Strong organisational skills – able to prioritise and effectively manage competing demands without any loss of quality or service

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

  • Education:

- ITIL certificate is an added value

  • Extra:
