As a Scrum Master, you are responsible for ensuring that the team members and entire company live agile values and principles.

You support the team on a day to day basis to facilitate work and dynamics and ensure continuous improvement. You work closely with the Product Owner(s), management and various stakeholders to ensure the quality and efficiency of the delivery.

You also ensure regular monitoring of the various Delivery indicators (KPI's, dashboards, trend analysis,...)

Your main responsibilities:

Your role as Scrum Master:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies if necessary and ensure a good paced work.
  • Help the team in making its own decisions based on the principles of collective intelligence as defined by Sodexo and keeping the goal of autonomy.
  • Challenge the team to improve its way of working, help to identify obstacles and solve them.
  • Contribute to maintain a safe environment where emergence of problems is promoted by adopting a coach attitude.
  • Identify and report external and internal constraints to the Product Owner and management.
  • Support the Product Owner in his/her tasks to make the product backlogs in good shape and ensure the good understanding of user stories by the team.
  • Participate in the Scrum of Scrums meetings for multi-backlog projects.

Analysis and reporting:

  • Ensure the consistency of the End to End measurement indicators.
  • Adapt them when necessary according to the strategic context in order to help managers making their decisions.
  • Carry out Capacity Planning (analyze needs and report them to management).
  • Manage the team's performance indicators and align them with the company's indicators: boards, velocity, burn-down charts, cycle time, ....
  • Ensure the quality of the data and work together with the BI team to improve them.
  • Stimulate the team to autonomously track indicators to maintain a high level of quality of the delivery.


  • Bachelor or university degree is a plus
  • Minimum 3 years job experience in a function with people coordination supported by strong communication skills
  • Main soft skills are: organization, analysis, assertivity, result orientation.

  • Innate talent for federating people

  • Facilitation experience or skills (presentation, workshop, etc.)

  • Transparency and coaching mindset

  • Familiarity and understanding of IT processes

  • Good knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)

  • Good ability to use tools like Jira/Data reporting tools/etc. and good command of Office 365 tools.

  • Scrum Master certification is a plus


  • You have a very good level of spoken and written English.
  • Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
